3rd grade classroom in Weslaco, 1942. I just love everything that is happening in this one. The expressions on the kids' faces, the way a couple of the boys are looking at the other to see if maybe he knows the answer etc... And is it just me, or does the kid on the far left look like he might have been held back a grade or two?
