We're doing #Arti, a project to re-write #Tor in #Rust, and we've just put out the first release that can talk to #OnionServices.
There are some rough edges: in particular, because we haven't implemented the "vanguards" security feature, you shouldn't use this for security-sensitive purposes yet.
Still, it's pretty neat, and it was a lot of work to get here! Thanks to everybody who's worked on this.
And now for a nice long weekend.

C type Tor is showing age. While C was a good choice when the Tor project started in 2001, it has always suffered from limitations!
