@aral Thank you, for this reason, I teach my non-art - art appreciation students in the economics of arts. Artists are a gift to society. They create jobs, spend income in their own communities, volunteer, and pay taxes. Few can ever take advantage of social services. They create their own jobs, jobs for others, and whole industries depend on artists. They bring back run-down neighborhoods only to be pushed out once those neighborhoods thrive. #ArtistsAreGiftsToSociety
