Is artists' exploitation inevitable?

This is a call out for UK arts organisations, peer networks and HE arts, management/curatorial courses to host this new examination of contexts and complicities that confine #ArtistsLivelihoods, with analysis of the conditions that actually are conducive for artists and enable them to build #ResilientPractices and achieve #HumanFlourishing.

Available in presentation, seminar or expert panel format with interactive elements.

It 's intended as an alternative to the system of fellowships &grants that leaves artists living check to check." It's not universal - artists had to apply &decisions were made using a weighting framework acknowledging social & economic disadvantage so only 10% of applicants got funded, and it's a trial.
