I went to an #ArtofHosting training a few months ago. Out of that emerged a question I want to pursue through conversations with my #community here in #Milwaukee, but also more broadly. That question is: What is the role we need #elders to play in our community now? The more personal question I'll be pursuing is what is my path to becoming an #elder? I welcome all input, questions, discussion and other interested in this journey.

One of the things that I believe balance the participatory ways of #artofhosting with the here-and-now work like #tavistock has to do with collaborative idealisations made to soothe the needs of personal and collective fulfilment.
