I want to experiment with semi-automatic techniques for my water color painting. I.e. Combining water with paint in the same way over and over to look at the different interactions. Need to think about a rig or something to try to make process reproducible. Difficult without a permanent setup.

The medium I’ve been working with (ink pencils) needs a “setting” with brush & water between rounds of color and line. With water, the crumbly ink won’t smear or smudge (much) and the quality of light/radiance will change.
I look at the page anew, then apply the next layer.
But before I set the ink (transmute from solid to liquid-ish), I frequently step away for a moment—my brain, too has to shift from pencil to brush.

This is him as he came out of txt2img. Not actually as rough as some of the unedited versions we've posted here.

Everything between this and the final is work with inpainting, aside from the color of his facefur and the trans flag tie, both of which I had to nudge along with some help from gimp.

Well, Script-Fu was *a time* (due to my inexperience with functional languages combined with sparse documentation) but I've now got much better watermarking!

Demonstrated here on a range of my Monster of the Week images. (Several of them very smutty, and one of them a *super* advance preview!) It definitely looks worst on busy high-contrast backgrounds like the clone orgy, but that's to be expected, and it's good enough for me.
