After years of seeing Back to school ads in the middle of August as source of anxiety and reminder of school trauma even thought I´m an adult who hasn´t beent to school in years.

I finally gotten over with instead associating it with something else:

It´s arts supply and stationary sale season baby!
I´m gonna go and pick those cheap notebooks with super heroes on the cover for my journals and a bunch of markers for my doodles or something.
And stickers, tons of stickers
