While this #ThickTrunkTuesday contribution is admittedly not the best #baobab specimen I have seen, it was a wonderful surprise as we made the long drive from #ngorongoro crater into #arusha #Tanzania. After navigating the busy street to take this photo I soon realized that there was an entire forest of baobabs poking out of the surrounding hills. The students were all sleeping so I had this magical moment to myself. How I love baobabs!
