In most cases, if the ArXiv preprint is older than 6-18 months, it should have a "Journal reference:" record with the peer-reviewed ID. The ArXiv version is #GreenOpenAccess and *may* be more correct than the peer-reviewed one (fewer errors introduced by typesetters).
