I have a question for humans who have been through this themselves, or know and can point me to some resources.

I've been raising one #ND kid and now it seems I've been raising another for a whole extra 7 years and I never knew 😔 I feel so guilty.
Nobody looked out for me as a kid and I feel I've done the same, distracted by his #CerebralPalsy.

Can trauma and/or hormones bring about #adhd and #autism - or the signs/symptoms of them - in teenage years?
Behaviours that were never present earlier?

For example, sudden onset inability to socialise, #depression & suicide ideation, lack of impulse control, abnormal vocal outbursts, and conduct issues around anger.

Is it normal and ok for a parent to have missed it until teenage years?
