More practice with different layer types in

I lay down some linework from reference then add flat colour, before shadow details and then finally highlights.

For the details I use a semi transparent brush.

Today I benchmarked 3 on the main lossless image formats.
So I loaded the default godot icon a million times:
PNG (3305 bytes) took 1.758 seconds
Optimized PNG (1939b) took 1.853s
WebP (1378b) took 1.778s
So WebP indeed has a small speed penalty compared to unoptimized PNGs, but it largely makes up for it in size.

hmmm, anyone know what framerate / export settings to use w so mastodon doesn't trash gif animations? tried normal and "export for twitter" but got the same twitchy result
