I have had a headache since 3 am on Saturday. I shouldn't be surprised it kicked off a migraine at about 7 am today.

I got through work yesterday as I was on admin tasks, and could just potter away. I just had to give in today and hit the strong painkillers. I feel guilty. I hate that I know why work is sound, but I still feel guilty for letting them down.

Anyway. Migraine #AsGaeilge is mígréin. And I am disappointed it isn't actually something like Mind Spirits, or Evil Pressure Of The Head.
