Anyone have experience with https://freesubtitles.ai?

I just discovered it, and it seems like something that I, as an ESOL teacher, could get a lot of use out of, even just for the subtitles. But, it also says it can translate subtitles - and the first language is *free*.

Many sites that translate subtitles cost a lot of money & require monthly / yearly subscriptions.

Thanks for any info. I'll try it ofc, but other's insights are appreciated.

What's does this scale measure? It's on this gate in Reading, near to the Thames https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/8491158435 the 38 graduation is approx 1.5 metres above the ground, Level with the gate (37.18) it is marked 1%, 36.2 is marked 0.1%. My best guess is something to do with flooding #AskMastodon

What's a reputable laptop battery seller?

My laptop has been unable to power on (even when plugged in) and when it does power on after cycling through on and off (never see the screen turn on tho) it might randomly shut down or, in one instance, plugging in an external mouse caused it to go black in the screen.

So first, I assume battery since I used this for around 4 or 5 years now without replacing a battery, but is this what others would conclude? Second what seller to buy from who isn't amazon?
