ASOS Premier is absolutely not worth it in my humble opinion. 90% of the time I never received my next day order (weeks later…thinking of my holiday clothes last year, thanks to Evri aka Hermes) and I never got an apology from ASOS.

Anyone renewing their Premier membership obviously has money to give away for free and likes a life of stress.

This is really fascinating on the disciplining effect of #debt. It's not a great surprise, but nonetheless interesting to have it confirmed by #research.

There is "significant evidence that the disciplining effects of personal indebtedness and the corresponding default risk are strongly associated with the decline in #strike activity..." - mortgages, car loans etc. all impact this.

Important for unions to think of #ASOS, not just #strikes (hey, #EIS, #PayAttention!)

Context: small council meeting in #ASoS. I kept attributing a piece of dialogue to Tyrion over several rereads. I know I'm not the only one who made this mistake. Once I read that line properly, it changed everything for me and I had to go back and reassess Varys & #ACoK came up big for that. In ASoS, we see Varys trying to serve the realm by helping the NW.
