Wow, look what popped up in my FB timeline reminders this morning. 6 years ago, @Kon and the #ASRC hoped to raise $300,000 for their #ASRCTelethon but doubled it. And yesterday, they raised $1,340,379 on #WorldRefugeeDay! 👏

URGENT HELP FOR ASRC TO STOP IT CLOSING DOWN

This is a tragedy, #ASRC and their wonderful volunteers have done so much good, given selfless help and support to refugees in every way for years. They feed & clothe those in need, help new arrivals get work, help w official forms & legal aid, keep food bank, cooked & distributed during lockdowns and to feed people daily.

Please please help if you can, even a few dollars from many will add up & may help them keep going.
