Style Cafe had a unique first mover advantage in #assemblysquare. 10+ years ago a developer wanted to build a self-storage facility. The city of #somervillema would only agree if it had public art and ground floor retail. A #Brazilian #Cafe opened.

I used to work here a lot and learned to schedule my visits around break time for the #ironworkers building the nearby #developments. They are still building and still coming in!

Shocked by the nonstop pace of #construction in #assemblysquare #somervillema. The first photo is new #lab space. I don't even know what the other project is yet.

Was going to grab a beer at the old 99, but it's a construction field office now. Hotel staff says it shut down without warning just before Marathon Monday, leaving runners thirsty.
