They told me that public bathrooms are a very #distressful for them as so many places only have bathrooms for specific genders and without a #GenderNeutral option they usually go to the one for their #AssignedGender as it causes less issues for other people. But, they are still uncomfortable and triggering.

You don't need to feel ashamed if you are nonbinary and your assigned gender happens to be a large part of you.

You don't have to give up anything about yourself to fit a label.

Being nonbinary is about finding yourself and becoming a more complete person. Sacrificing who you are is the antithesis to the nonbinary label.

Be yourself. Be everything you are.
