Went to have a look at https://gofar997.wixsite.com/gofar/traverse-of-assynt to see how the 23:54 FKT I set on the #AssyntTraverse in 2016 is holding up. I see it stood until 2021 (Tom Cowie, Ross Pape, 18:15), and then last year James Gibson took it down to 17:10 unsupported, that’s in the ballpark I expected a proper hill runner could be expected to finish.
