2/2 Similar epic fail in #fnac this week in France. Specifically asked about #Chromebook range. Salesperson said that Surface Pro was the same thing and that I could choose one of them. Insisted on Chromebook and ordered an #AsusFlip. Salesperson asked if I wanted an #antivirus product. Admitted they knew nothing about #ChromeOS 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️
I don't work in IT, but with idiots like these employed by brand stores, there seems to be little hope of any salvation for the general populace.
