The annual UK budget for the #arts sector is half of one month of #EatOuttoHelpOut #GuardianUK and £3m less than in 2010. A competitive fixed-term #NPO process forces us to commit to ambitious programme and organisational development plans and subjective value measures like "Dynamism," so everyone's trying to do more for less. I'm not sure who's better or worse off; those in or out of this toxic "Portfolio" model. And we appear to have waved goodbye to #AtArmsLength
