#AtCloseRange ist die Überraschung in meinem #Noirvember. Wieso ist dieses CrimeDrama nicht auf einer Stufe mit den gängigen 80s Klassikern? Penn & Walken (creepy as hell!) spielen intensiv, aber nie übertrieben. Die Story ist fesselnd in ruhigen, schönen Bildern erzählt. Walkens Eiseskälte, der unerwartet krasse 3. Akt & die zarten Momente zw. Penn & Masterson hallen lange nach. Und über allem schweben melancholisch schön die unverkennbaren Synths von Madonnas „Live to tell“. Großes 80er Kino!
