@MeanwhileinCanada I once went to a gathering of (gay) motorbikers where two guys showed up with injuries.
The first had the regular kind of accident: invisible to stupid car driver.
It took a while to get the other guys’ story:
He broke multiple vertebrae when a sling on a sex party broke off the ceiling and he dropped to the tiled floor, on his back, with someone in him.
IIRC he was in hospital for a while. There is an #ATGATT joke hidden in this.

I just had the misfortune of witnessing a motorcycle accident. Two bikes were involved and I saw one high side after losing the rear. Thankfully everyone was able to walk away.
