This weekend is the 25th annual Athfest (https://athfest.com/), a huge celebration of the music and creative culture of the Classic City. Drinks diary 17 & 18 February 2014, visiting Athens, GA (where I went to grad school); dinner and a gigantic whiskey sour with Brian at Transmet, coffee at Five Points Waffle House. When I posted this on Instagram an Athens friend told me neither of these places exists anymore.
