So just like #ATLA , we quickly get introduced to the main character's personality with a few choice sentences.
In just 4 sentences, we know that Korra is headstrong, loves being the avatar, and is always trying to get ahead of where her mentors think she should be.
not show is a segment where Katara says she's strong and some old guy says "she lacks restraint'. Gee, i wonder if that'll be a big issue.
Also, can i say i love that Korra has flaws? she's an actual person

Just wanted to draw Zuko as a Feng, because I'm deeply invested in Chinese mythology atm. It would've been awesome if Zuko and Azula were twins for a more auspicious birth to compliment their contrasting personalities. So I took matters into my own hand and now we have twin fenghuangs.

Like, the costumes and makeup are great, but it all looks *too* clean and polished, but not in an intentionally stylized way. See the Wheel of Time TV show for another example. Despite the money spent, the costumes and makeup look out of place.
