I've just added Giuseppe Morello's #AtlantaPrison file to the #MafiaHistory website. #Morello was the U.S. #Mafia boss of bosses at the time of his 1910 #counterfeiting conviction. An original sentence of 25 years was commuted to 15 and reduced to about 10 for good behavior. During the 121 months he was behind bars, hundreds of pages - relating to family, letters, visitors, health, legal appeals, criminal activity, etc. - went into the file.
