It's a completely normal and natural phenomenon known as a #bolide—a mass (typically a rock) that burns up and disintegrates as it traverses #Earth's #atmosphere. Trying to associate these events with UFOs is misguided, and ultimately damaging to the legitimate study of unidentified arial phenomena.

Rising #methane could be sign that #Earth's #climate is part way through 'termination-level transition.' Since 2006, the amount of heat-trapping methane in Earth's #atmosphere has been rising fast and, unlike the rise in #carbondioxide (CO₂), methane's recent increase seems to be driven by biological #emissions, not burning of #fossilfuels. Methane was about 0.7ppm of the air before humans began burning fossil fuels.
