I continue to believe a nuclear plant construction company should deploy at least one solar thermal kit on site fairly early in the site preparation process.

It's going to have a way to convert heat to electricity when finished. There is no reason that process should not start as early as possible!

Even using electricity only on-site would be useful, and mirrors / pipes are easy to recycle / reuse, unlike PV panels / inverters.
