Pourtant ça fait au moins 45 ans que la grosse #informatique française est ballottée entre intérêts publics et intérêts privées.
Mêlant activités militaires françaises, américaines, avec de gros intérêts privés. Tout l'État français et la plupart des services publics sont concernés.
Des politiques semblent découvrir le problème comme une poule découvrant un œuf.
