Today's shot is a view over one of the lakes at Attenborough Nature Reserve, Nottingham UK. Nestled into the far bank of the lake is a bird hide. I've often thought about taking a few hours out to spend time just watching the lake from the hide, but for some reason never have. I'm not a birder, not into bird watching, but I imagine it would be a satisfying experience to just sit and watch nature.
