I went to a number of psychiatrists for 'ADD' since I wasn't hyperactive but had a severe learning disorder and apparent depression from the first grade on. The amphetamines didn't improve my performance in school much so I continued seeing psychiatrists and trying new treatments. When I was in community college, I had a new psychologist suggest getting checked for #autism at a place called teacch since he wasn't an expert and it was similar to add
