I'm reading Martha Gellhorn's Travels With Myself... (very interesting and entertaining!) and also Margaret Atwood's Old Babes in the Wood (also very interesting and entertaining!)
In Atwood's short story A Dusty Lunch, which is my fav so far, Martha Gellhorn is mentioned - my reading coincidence.

Population decline in Europe and Japan is a trend that's been ongoing for long; in China it's more recent. Seems persistent and inevitable, but I doubt it.
