I'm interested to see if this is a thing.

I'm AuDHD and experience such intense empathy that if I see someone else injure themselves, I feel it to.

Like, I only have to think about someone else hurting themselves and it's like I can feel it.

Does this happen to any of you?

AuDHD people are at an increased likelihood of smoking. Despite this, research priorities fail time and again to look into quality of life issues just like this.

Many of us started these behaviours when young as a way of self-medicating our struggle to survive in a world not made for us

Any other neurodivergent people feel guilty about relaxing?

Whenever I have the opportunity to do nothing, my brain immediately starts inventing things that I should be doing.

It goes further than simply needing stimulation, my own internalised ableism tried to tell me that the only time I have value is when I'm being productive.

Can you relax comfortably?

I'm WebFeline, an AuDHDer (autistic+ADHD) with BPD.

I draw, sometimes maybe play games when I have enough time. Mostly playing Minecraft.

I'm a xenogender catkin (xenogender - a gender described through animals, plants etc. not bound to concepts of masc/fem binary; catkin - one who's identifying WITH cat species - a subset of otherkin)

I prefer direct interaction over group activities. I have terrible social skills.
If I don't know you well enough use tone tags when talking to me. Please.
