two recent events spring to mind:

the several-day #toplap 15th birthday audiovisual stream was to #youtube (and maybe #twitch too), I think via an intermediate automatic proxy streaming server (no need to share credentials). @yaxu organized. usual copyright restrictions apply...

the #audioblast festival in Nantes was using the #icecast server of the organizers apo33.org , performers sent streams which were rebroadcast to a separate public stream (I think they did that part manuallly).
