Being absorbed in a good book, modern history, hiking, exercise, creative writing pursuits, geeking out with a group of friends, classic films, music you can lose yourself in, solidarity.

Day 31: what are you the proudest of?

I'm definitely proud of all the people that took part in this challenge! I could never suspect it will become so popular (especially in Polish TTRPG scene), it's all of you who made it possible. Thank you all and gather your strength for the next year!

What scene would you like to roleplay the most?

Not sure if I understand this question. I enjoy chase sequences in #RPG s as well as opportunities for characters to interact with NPCs in none combat ways.

Day 29: what about RPGs excites you the most?

They include an element of chaos. The best prep for me is the one that leaves a lot of control over the session to the players and the fates.

Day 30: what do you appreciate the most about the people you play with?

The ability to ice break and to form teams out of strangers.

Day 26: describe a session moment that gave you goosebumps

I suspected that my character would turn into a werewolf eventually. I guess GM made it for me and allowed that on one full moon night in the session.

Day 27: what pleases you the most in RPGs?

They allow me to be creative to the limits, to the moment I’m exhausted.

Day 28: what satisfies you the most in RPGs?

Learning new things – playing, publishing, GMing, being with others.

Day 24: what inspires you the most?

Art and nature in all forms, both because they give me different perspectives on the world and life.

Day 25: what would be an RPG thing you wouldn’t trade for anything else?

They teach me humility. Everything in the session happens in people’s imagination and lets them create their worlds only they can access–and respect other people’s worlds.

This will be short – such a moment is ahead of me.

Day 22: what are you grateful for to the people you play with?

For understanding. While fighting my perfectionism, it’s still tough not to feel discomfort when I forget some rule. It’s great to have people around to support me in such moments.

Day 23: what has been your greatest challenge in the hobby?

GMing my first session and getting over control obsession.

In what conditions do you like to play?

Relaxed and cosy conditions. A comfortable temperature, a comfy seat, a choice of hot or cold beverages, and sausage rolls or cheese scones as snacks.

My gaming notes and campaign journals.

I've been wracking my brain about this, and I can't honestly think of any.

When I think of all the different games that I've managed to play and enjoy, the scenarios and NPCs I've come up with as GM, that gives me goosebumps.

A series of ad hoc sessions is better than one very infrequent, immaculately prepped session.

Thirdly, all of my friends and family who have tolerated my unwaning enthusiasm for #RPG s.

The fact that you can be pleased that something you don't understand makes me happy means the world to me.

They give me an outlet for creativity and provide me with an interactive way to engage with fiction.

Without a doubt, the social aspect of #TTRPG s helped me conquer chronic shyness.

Missed yesterday, but honestly I don't think I have worthwhile answers for most of the rest so I'll probably stop soon.

"What was the biggest complement you got from a player?"

I ran Call of Cthulhu for some friends, afterwards one of them said that she didn't enjoy Call of Cthulhu any other time she'd played it.

Day 20: what is the most valuable thing you learned thanks to RPGs recently?

I don’t need to be the best at everything. Even if I GM, it’s not a tragedy to forget some rule – I can always check it in the book next to me. Short and unexpected break during the session also doesn’t mean failure. RPGs are for fun, and it’s worth giving myself permission for a bad day or just not being the best at the hobby.

Creating shared memories.

Having the time/ energy to play regularly.

Why did you begin to play RPGs?

I've always liked exercising my imagination and I was a big fan of fantasy fiction.

Everyone can do something.

So many things. Chiefly that they're still around.

Day 17: what lesson have I learned thanks to the hobby?

Always have something to write with you – a pen or sharp pencil.

Day 18: what kind of locations that appear in the sessions do I like the most?

Taverns, inns, bazaars, cafes – everywhere you can vibe and learn more about the lore and other characters.

Day 19: what fascinates me the most in RPGs?

Creating amazing worlds out of the words themselves and interacting with them. This is what RPGs are all about.
