Need to help someone get onto the Internet via an #NBN connection. Pre-NBN, #Internode was once the choice for good quality Internet and service, and then it was #AussieBroadband. Is ABB still the choice today, or is there a better one?

I think my expectations on how well services work and how useful customer service is, need to be drastically lowered here in Australia.

#qantas has lost my bags yet again. No one can help me.
#telstra can't keep their authentication service functioning.

I’ve never really given #Starlink much thought, but having used the #NBN for several years now, with never-ending downtime and intermittent speed issues, I feel like maybe it’s time to seriously look into the feasibility of this (once it’s available in my area, which is *supposedly* happening this year)… At AU$130 / month, the NBN is awfully hard to justify, given the quality of the network. | #broadband #AussieBroadband #Australia #GoldCoast #NBNCo

Quality install, NBN. To fit new fibre Maddison box, unscrew old box from wall, expose the cavity to the wall, leave the old box unlocked, and the new one, and don’t even put the fibre guard in place *sigh*

Hope it survives 3 weeks to internal Install works.
