@theautisticcoach for my part, it feels like a lot. It can feel pretty interrogating.

I'd really prefer if you also shared your experience - something more like "I do / feel / experience X, what is X like for you?" It would feel less like an interrogation and more like a conversation.

As a couple others have said, the volume of questions is also a little overwhelming but if they were a little less intense that might not be the case.

The 'conversation starter' style of questions might be better suited to a structured activity, like is 'over there'

@loops I've also used it and seen it used by the disabled and autistic communities for alignment around, e.g., , , , etc (which Dr. Flowers mentions). It was a relatively common way of engaging in conversations like on twitter as well.

I am talking here on the use cases that I have experience with and used, but I've seen it used in Black communities exactly as @shengokai describes it as well: for call response, etc.

@cavar I really appreciate(d) the spaces , , , and hashtags facilitated on Twitter. I also (every now and then) participated in the weekly and occasional discussions.

@vector things which may also be useful:

-looking at how long people have to read the book. offhand a month feels like a good length, but maybe that would need adjusting?

-have some discussion questions ready in case conversation is slow to get started. if you aren't familiar, you may want to look at some scheduled twitter chats to see how those are handled, e.g. or
