Now reading a follow-up to Bob Altemeyer's "The Authoritarians":

"Authoritarian Nightmare" written by John Dean & Bob Altemeyer.

Just finished reading Dean's "Conservatives Without Conscience" as he excoriated 2006 era Bush & Cheney, & dismantled what conservatism, thinking "oh wow you ain't seen nothing yet".

Fortunately Dean returns with Altemeyer to look at 2016 era Trump.

Global devastation was caused by the Axis powers of the 20th century. It is critical to educate our current generations to know the critical threat imposed by authoritarianism and totalitarianism, and that these threats are active and growing again with the Russian, Chinese, Iranian and other governments now.
