Doing yellow stickers at work this evening, and finding myself darkly amused at the NT's who think ND's can't read social cues, yet are completely oblivious to them themselves.
One person even remarked that I can't hide anything on my face, even behind the mask, I look as if I just want everyone to go away and leave me alone, before spending the next 45 minutes leaningbover me, closely watching everything I did, while a constant stream of utter drivel came out of her mouth.

I long for the day when making fun of stereotypical #autistic #traits is no longer an easy punchline. "This is the most emotion ever seen on his face" may seem hilarious to you, but if you have any autistic friends, they probably just put you on the "asshole who is comfortable punching down at me" list and decided never to trust you with anything important again. El martes tuve una discusión con la ingeniera líder de uno de los grupos donde trabajo, me frustra que después de un año sigue siendo tan h_evona y desde mi punto de vista sólo hace lo mínimo. It's a stimmy kind of morning. I really need to pin down why I feel so overstimulated these days. I was only able to play Starbound for an hour before I had to just zone out and stare off in my chair. I'm not sleeping much, but I've always had insomnia. Turned my ceiling fan on even though it's fall, because the noise is so dang soothing. And it's 48 degrees, so not too nippy. Might try napping for a couple hours and see if that helps. Wife got me a new chair pillow thing so I can relax while I read, so maybe if I put my noise canceling headphones I on, and sit up in bed and "meditate" I can find the answer to my buzzy nerves.
