Louis Rossmann's deep dissection of the RESTRICT act is well said, well researched and disturbing. If the US Govt. can ban Tiktok (a service I find repugnant) today, they can ban Mastodon tomorrow. Under this bill they could also ban Telegram and Tor. Accessing a banned service could result in up to 20 years in prison and up to a $1M fine.

I respect Louis' opinion but really just watch to see his three cats. =)
