I hate how #Dealerships schedule appointments. It’s always just to drop off the vehicle, but never to do the work. For routine maintenance or simple repairs or recalls like software updates or anything slated for less than 1.5 hours of shop time - the appointment time should be the time the work is performed. Instead they set the time to drop the vehicle and it will sit in their lot for 6 hours before they start the work. It’s a major hassle. #stealership #AutoDealer #CarDealer #stealerships

#Autodealer zijn in #EU schijnt inmiddels een voorrecht. Autofabrikanten centraliseerden en monopoliseerden in enkele jaren ganse garagemarkt. ‘Kleintjes’ tellen niet meer mee. Resultaat: eenvoudige servicevraag om ‘ morgen even’ naar ICT te kijken, mogelijk te resetten dan wel afspraak te maken voor kennelijk noodzakelijk onderhoud, kon niet. Minstens 14d. wachttijd meneer, aldus een vriendelijke telefoonstem ‘ergens’ vandaan. Waar is de tijd dat ik me spontaan kon melden bij ‘mijn’ garage?
