The original ritual was called "Welcome to Jersey" which created a single Jersey Barrier, for a cost of 13 energy.
The second variant was called "This Lane Ends (Abruptly)", created a pair of Jersey barriers, enough to block a single highway lane.
Janet also has a sick sense of humour.

Creates a 48ft line of 2.5 ton concrete Jersey Barriers, enough to block a 3-lane highway including shoulders, for 10 mins
