I got this stone paper journal at a yard sale. Sketched a plein air watercolor landscape on the blank, front page. I think I'll use the lined section for daily arthritis tracking and put a sketch on each page. That will get two things done. Tracking and a daily sketch.

I'll post the work here each day.

Won't be super intimate like a therapy journal. Looking forward to this! I'll start later today. Might break out the alcohol inks for a first try.

This piece found a home today. Will be matted and framed.
Got my flu shot last night, having some side effects of muscle aches and fatigue. Nothing major but I’m going to rest again today. This may be because I’m immuno suppressed from rheumatoid arthritis medication.
