First #fruitLoaf utilising the #autolyse process. Looks like it turned out well. Have to wait for it to cool to check the crumb and flavour.

Ok #bread #baking gang, I'm doing something dumb: I'm trying an #autolyse again. The last time I did this, the first rise was in fact better, but the 2nd one was worse, so I felt like it was a wash. Also, I'm doing #noKnead, so I'm probably getting some autolysis anyway. I was scared I was going to forget to add salt later, but I saw a suggestion to just throw it on top, which is what I also did with the chopped rosemary. Planning on baking 3 loaves Friday morning. WML. 🍞
