Decided ti use my old Series 3 Apple Watch after a few months, only to find that it no longer shows complications from despite reinstalling the Watch app and restarting both my phone and watch. :-/

One of the more useful apps I have gotten for my :apple_gray: is by Tantissa. You pay $5 for it and have it forever. It doesn’t share your data with anyone. It tracks your sleep in much more detail than the Health App and includes information like your respiration rate, sleep consistency, overall sleep quality, even sleep debt. I find it really handy. 1/2

It is AMAZING what catching up on can do for . 3 days ago I was struggling, this morning I woke up refreshed and ready to jump back on all the horses I've ignored for 2w.

is the first domino of that -ers need to take care of. Gathering data and using technology has helped me to get back on track. When I looked at my sleep data for the month (see image), I saw how spotty sleep affected how I felt. The 2nd week was so bad that motivation cratered; I had to use last week to get my sleep back on track.

I use two for this: (the screenshot source) and (it calculates , the best times to sleep & wake, and tracks sleep debt).

3 nights of 8.5h of sleep caught me up, and I did it by going to bed at Rise's recommended time, with 1mg of taken 4h before that.
