Did Google recently turn on auto-update in Play, without asking me? My Android devices all seem to have started doing updates on their own recently. Something I do NOT want.

Updates are disruptive, I do do them, but I want to choose when. (Agree to the "what's new" stuff, notice what obviously broke, reboot.) Grrr.
