@stevenbodzin @rbellinger Living where I am I never looked at the exact location of these precincts, but for yucks checked the #108th as I hear about it so often (in a negative light). Its #LIC! Right near #HarborLab where I often go and pass all the #autoWrecks stockpiled at the corner of Borden and Vernon Blvd. Its no wonder my complaints fall on deaf ears.
