Well, #Broadcom sells a shitload of #PCIe -> #PCI & #PCI -> #ISA chips under the #Avago & #PLX brand.

Even some that go the other way around and that were used on some low-end Radeon HD cards to allow use in a PCI slot despite the GPU officially only supporting PCIe.

In fact I (used to?) have such a card [AFAICR a Sapphire Radeon HD3450 Go!] ca. 2008 when I was tight on cash and needed an an upgrade from an FX5200...
