ARCHIVAL from 27 Dec. 2028: Humble post-holiday meal made with the extra shells, filled with a mousse (or ”spuma di tonno” in the Italian), and cooked in a lemony type sauce, seeded with grated parmigiano and topped with breadcrumbs.
This is an alternative to my recipe with mantecato (cod) or homemade ricotta, and tomato sauce. See my page for more.
