Finally doing my #Introduction

I'm a #bisexual guy from #southafrica currently admin of server @avpd.social a server I created to fill a space for people with Avoidant Personality disorder to come together and share their experiences.

I also have #adhd and I work in #cybersecurity

Dealing with ADHD while attending group therapy is rough. We watched a video today, and I felt like I could die of boredom. Yes, that’s dramatic. Yes, that’s still how I felt 😅 It’s so hard to focus in general during the group without videos added to the mix. Plus my anxiety makes concentrating even harder. I’m always in a massive panic in social situations, even though this group is on Zoom. #ADHD #AvoidantPersonalityDisorder #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder #PanicDisorder
