Good morning from Taiwan. I did too much activity on Fri and Sat so today is a full rest day which my cats supervise. They are very good supervisors at ensuring I rest. Too bad they can't fetch coffee.
Alt text includes their names. But Bijoux is the striped one and her name means 'jewel or highly prized' and Dany the black cat (Daenarys) is a GoT kitty who lives up to her name. These babes saved my life when I was fully bedridden.

Had a little stroll today with my @neowalksticks Gatsby. 'She so purty and dependable!'
Walking *sometimes* sorts my #axSpA pain out, but it also aggravates my #Fibromyalgia and #MECFS so it's always a fine line. I kept it short and I'm hoping it helps, not hinders.
